Most owners arrive with the registration itself as the question. How long does it take, what does it cost, which documents are needed. That is a fair question and it has a short answer, which is part of the problem: registration is the cheapest and fastest part of the whole exercise. A company that turns out to be the wrong shape can be wound up, but not quickly: voluntary liquidation in Serbia involves a 90-day public notice to creditors, a further 30-day claims window, and tax clearance before the company is removed from the register — realistically several months and a bill of its own. What is considerably harder to unwind is everything built around it. The way you pay yourself, the accounting model you are locked into, the contracts you signed under the old structure, the bank that made sense at the time, and the annual cost you assumed would be smaller than it is. Those choices carry a running cost for as long as the entity exists, and they are the ones worth an hour of your attention. This session is that hour.
