Yes. For the business-based route this page is about, the Serbian business is established first — it forms the legal basis used for the subsequent residence process. That is exactly why the order of steps matters and why the process is coordinated as one sequence.

No. Third-party costs — government and residence-card fees, translations, notary, apostilles, insurance and courier — are separate. They are paid at cost and never marked up, and you receive an estimate for your route before beginning.
Can my spouse and children be included?
Yes, family options exist at every level. On Essential and Managed, family members are added as add-ons (spouse €595, each child €395). White Glove includes a spouse and up to two children. The right family setup for your situation is part of the Roadmap discussion.
Does Relocation Serbia guarantee that my residence application will be approved?
No. No private company can guarantee a government decision. Relocation Serbia prepares, coordinates and tracks the process, but final decisions remain with the competent Serbian authorities.
Can I book from the United States, Canada or Australia?
Yes. The consultation is held online, and the booking calendar shows available times in your local timezone.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your route and circumstances, which is part of what the Roadmap maps out for you.
