Third-party expenses such as applicable government fees, translations, apostilles, insurance, notary work and courier costs are separate. They go to someone else, are paid at cost, and are never marked up.
Your written Roadmap includes an estimate of those outside costs for your specific route — before you commit to anything.

Do I need to know which residency route fits me before booking?
No — that is the point of the Roadmap. You bring your situation and goals; we assess your circumstances and tell you which routes are realistic, what each involves, and which we would recommend.
What do I receive from the €49 Roadmap?
A 60-minute consultation reviewing your circumstances and goals, an explanation of the realistic routes and their tradeoffs, and a written Roadmap covering the recommended route, order of steps, required documents, expected service costs and outside costs, and your next actions.
Is the €49 credited if I hire Relocation Serbia?
Yes. The €49 is deducted in full from a qualifying package booked within 90 days.
Do you help people find jobs in Serbia so they can obtain residency?
No. Relocation Serbia is not a recruitment or job-placement service. Corporate clients transferring existing employees to Serbia can contact our corporate team separately.
Are government fees and translations included?
No. Third-party costs — government and residence-card fees, translations, notary, apostilles, insurance and courier — are separate. They are paid at cost and never marked up, and your Roadmap includes an estimate for your route.
Can my spouse and children be included?
Yes, family options exist at every service level, and whether family members join the application — and how — is part of what the Roadmap assesses. Package-specific family pricing is published on our pricing page.
Does Relocation Serbia guarantee that my residence application will be approved?
No. No private company can guarantee a government decision. Relocation Serbia prepares, coordinates and tracks the process, but final decisions remain with the competent Serbian authorities.
Can I book from the United States, Canada, Australia or elsewhere?
Yes. The consultation is held online, and the booking calendar shows available times in your local timezone.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your route and circumstances — that is part of what the Roadmap maps out. As a general orientation from our current process pages: company or entrepreneur registration takes about 5–7 working days where a business route applies, and the residence permit process typically runs 4–8 weeks after filing. Your written Roadmap sets out the expected timeline for your specific situation.
