What to expect
Before, during, and after your call
____
BEFORE THE CALL
You'll receive a confirmation email with the video call link. If you filled in intake questions on booking, we'll review your answers before we talk — so we arrive prepared and the call starts with your specific situation, not a generic introduction.
DURING THE CALL
We focus on your situation specifically — which pathway applies, what the realistic timeline is, what it costs, and what the first step is. We answer your questions directly. No sales pressure, no vague next steps. You'll leave the call knowing exactly where you stand.
AFTER THE CALL
Within 24 hours you'll receive a written summary of what we discussed — a personalised outline of your pathway, a realistic timeline, and the next step if you decide to proceed. Everything in writing, no chasing required.
Make the most of your time
A few things worth thinking about before we talk
____
You don't need to prepare anything formal. But if you arrive with answers to these questions, the call will be significantly more useful — we skip the basics and go straight to your specific situation.
Your timeline
When are you looking to move or make a decision? Are you in the early research phase or is this something you want to start immediately?
Your current situation
Where are you based right now? Do you have any existing ties to Serbia — property, family, previous residency, or business?
Your primary goal
What is the main thing you are trying to achieve — legal residency, citizenship, setting up a company, bringing your family, something else?
If it's a citizenship call — your ancestry
Do you know where your parents or grandparents were born? If you have Serbian ancestry, it significantly changes which pathway we'll discuss.
If it's a corporate call — your structure
What is the size of your team, your target headcount in Serbia, and your preferred timeline for getting operational? Have you already incorporated anywhere in Europe?
Your biggest question
What's the one thing you most need clarity on before you can make a decision? Knowing this upfront helps us make sure it gets answered in the time we have.

Watch a few videos before we talk
____
Most clients who watch 2–3 videos before their call get significantly more value out of the 15 minutes. We skip the basics that the videos already cover and go straight to your specific situation.
The channel covers Serbian residency, citizenship, company formation, real estate, banking, and daily life — all in plain English, on camera. It's also how most of our clients found us in the first place.

A NOTE FROM ANDRE
____
"I started Relocation Serbia because I did this myself — and found it harder than it should have been, even speaking Serbian fluently. Every call I take is a chance to make that process clearer and less stressful for someone else. I'm looking forward to talking with you."
