The founder
Built by someone who did it the hard way first
Andre Milosavljević is Canadian-born with Serbian roots. He first visited Serbia at 13, returning many times over the years — drawn back by the people, the culture, and the sense of community that's harder to find in larger Western cities. When he eventually decided to make the move permanent, he assumed his Serbian language skills would make the process straightforward.
"Even speaking the language fluently, I found the relocation process confusing, fragmented, and unnecessarily difficult. Lawyers handled bits and pieces. Services existed — but nothing provided a complete, clear, client-first experience."
That experience became the founding insight behind Relocation Serbia. If someone who speaks Serbian and has family connections here found the process this difficult — what did it feel like for someone arriving with neither advantage?
The answer was obvious: there was a clear gap between what expats, entrepreneurs, and international companies needed and what the market was offering. Andre built Relocation Serbia in 2021 to fill it — a single, end-to-end, English-speaking operation that handles everything from first consultation to fully settled life or operational business in Serbia.
Today Andre leads a team of specialists in Belgrade and Novi Sad, working alongside licensed lawyers, accountants, and local partners to deliver the standard of service that didn't exist when he needed it himself.
