Is the consultation fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you proceed with any Relocation Serbia service after the call, the consultation fee is fully credited toward your service package.
Why is the corporate consultation free?
Corporate engagements typically involve deal values of €1,600–€10,000+. A fee at that level is bad positioning with HR teams and finance directors. Instead, corporate calls require approval — we confirm the fit before locking in the calendar slot.
What timezone are calls in?
Our team operates on Central European Time (CET/CEST — Belgrade time). TidyCal automatically shows available slots in your local timezone. If you're in the USA, Canada, or Australia, early morning Belgrade slots are afternoon/evening for you.
Can I book for someone else — a family member or employee?
Yes. Enter the name of the person who will be on the call in the booking form. Include their nationality and situation in the intake questions so we can prepare properly before the call.
