What happens in the Roadmap?
It is a 60-minute working call with the founder, not a sales pitch. We decide which route fits you, what it costs and how long it takes. Within 24 hours you get the costs and timeline in writing, with one recommended package.
Is the €49 credited?
Yes. The €49 is credited in full against any package you book within 90 days of the call.
Do I need documents before the call?
No. Bring the facts: your passport country, who is moving with you, when you want to arrive and how you plan to support yourself in Serbia. The documents your route needs come after the route is decided.
Can I book for my family?
Yes. Book one Roadmap and bring your partner to the call. Family members are added to the package you choose; the family add-on prices are on our pricing page.
What if my passport needs a visa to enter Serbia?
Relocation Serbia does not handle visa-required entry, so we can't offer the Roadmap to citizens of visa-required countries. The Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs publishes the official visa list.
Is the Roadmap online or in person?
Your choice: online, or in person at our Novi Sad office (Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00) or our Belgrade office (Monday to Friday, 07:00–14:00).
