Entrepreneur Registration — Remote

€995

For people who need a visa (Visa D) to enter Serbia. We register your business from afar, so you have a real reason to apply for your visa.

What we do

  • We first check that this can work for you — before you pay anything
  • We register you as a Serbian entrepreneur. You sign one paper at a notary in your country; we do the rest
  • We time it so you don't pay Serbian taxes longer than needed
  • We connect you to a trusted partner for your business address (you pay them directly)
  • We set up your tax registration
  • We give you a simple checklist of everything your visa application needs
  • Once your visa is approved: a step-by-step plan for getting residency
  • 2 video calls + email help (until 30 days after registration)
  • €250 off any package below if you buy within 60 days of arriving

What we do not do

  • We do not prepare, check, or send your visa application — the visa is fully your responsibility
  • We cannot promise the visa will be approved — that is the government's decision
  • We do not give you our own address as your business address
  • The residence permit itself — that is what the packages below are for
  • Bank account — you must be in Serbia for that
Good to know: as an entrepreneur, you do NOT need an electronic signature card or owner registration — that rule is only for companies. And if your visa is refused, your registration still exists and small taxes keep running — we can pause it or close it quickly for a fixed fee you will know before you pay.
One rule for every package: our fee pays for our work. Every cost that goes to someone else is yours, at cost — government fees, the residence card fee, translations, notary, apostilles, insurance, courier. Where the chart says "we handle it," it means we do the organizing and the running around — the third party's bill is always paid by you, never marked up by us. You get a written estimate of all these outside costs before you start.
Important: Essential, Managed, and White Glove all take place with you in Serbia. These packages cannot be done from abroad. If you need a visa to enter Serbia, start with the remote package above — then choose your package once you arrive.

What it really costs — Managed, year one (example)

Managed is €2,495 one-time, which already includes your first 3 months of accounting and 3 months of registered address. From month 4 you continue on accounting (from €249/mo, Micro tier) and your address (€59/mo).

€2,495 one-time  +  9 × €249 accounting  +  9 × €59 address  ≈  €5,267 in year one

Government fees, translations and other third-party costs are additional, at cost, with a written estimate before you start.

Good to know

Common questions

How long does the process take?

For most clients, company or entrepreneur registration takes about 5–7 working days, and the residence-permit process typically runs 4–8 weeks after filing. Timelines depend on your documents and the authorities, which we don't control.

Am I eligible?

Most non-EU nationals who register a Serbian business can apply for temporary residence on that basis. Your Roadmap call confirms whether your specific situation works before you commit to a package.

What documents do I need?

It varies by nationality and route, so you'll get a personal document list on your Roadmap call. Commonly: passport, proof of your business, address registration, health insurance, and official translations of your documents.

What is not included?

Third-party costs are always yours, at cost: government and residence-card fees, translations, notary, apostilles, insurance, and courier. We give you a written estimate of these before you start.

Do I have to be in Serbia?

Essential, Managed and White Glove take place with you in Serbia. If you need a visa to enter, start with Entrepreneur Registration — Remote, then choose a package once you arrive.

What happens after I pay?

We book your welcome call, send your personal document list, and start immediately on the timeline we agreed together.

Why not do it myself?

You can — but the order of steps, the deadlines, and the translations trip up most people. One coordinated team keeps the sequence on track, so a missed step doesn't cost you months instead of weeks.

The Visa D application

The entry-visa application is yours to prepare and submit — we give you the exact checklist, but we do not file it, and the decision rests with the authorities.
