In-Serbia packages — residency through your own business

What's included

These packages are for people who get their residence permit by opening a business here. There are two parts to the job. First we set up your business — that is what gives you a legal reason to stay. Then we get your residence permit using that business. Every package does both. The only difference is how much you do, and how much we do for you. Prices below are one-time. Government fees and translations are separate, at cost.

What it really costs — Managed, year one

Managed is €2,495 one-time. That already includes your first month of accounting and 3 months of registered address (Novi Sad only). Accounting then carries on from month 2, and your address at €59/mo from month 4. Both are automatic, and you can cancel either with 30 days' notice. What you pay depends on the business you open:

Entrepreneur, flat tax
€2,495 one-time + 11 × €69 accounting + 9 × €59 address = €3,785 in year one
Company, full bookkeeping
€2,495 one-time + 11 × €249 accounting + 9 × €59 address = €5,765 in year one

Government fees, translations and other third-party costs are extra, at cost. You get a written estimate before you start.

After you are approved

Your permit is not the end. These are the things our clients come back for. You do not have to decide now — your manager will bring them up when the time is right.

Residence renewal

Every permit has to be renewed. Per person.

€595You are already our client
€795First renewal with us
€445 / €595Each family member renewing at the same time

The lower price is because we already hold your file and know your dates. Renewing the whole family in one go is the cheapest way to stay legal.

Permanent residence

Move from a temporary permit to a permanent one. Per person.

€1,495You are already our client
€1,795First time with us

Whether you qualify depends on how many years you have lived here without a break. We check this before you commit.

Ongoing accounting

Your package includes 1 to 3 months. After that you pick the tier that matches your business.

Dormant — company with no activity. Filings and compliance watch.€59/mo
Paušal Care — flat-tax entrepreneur. Filings and limit watching.€69/mo
Micro — full bookkeeping, payroll for 1, monthly report in English.€249/mo
Micro +VAT — everything in Micro, plus VAT, POPDV and SEF e-invoicing.€349/mo
Growth — everything in +VAT, payroll up to 5, a review call every quarter.€549/mo
Payroll add-on — each extra employee. English payslips and PPP-PD filing.€15/mo

Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. As your business grows we move you up a tier, and we tell you before we do.

Registered address and virtual office

A legal address for your business in Novi Sad, and someone watching your mail.

Address — registered business address, mail received and scanned.€59/mo
Dormant Bundle — address plus Dormant accounting together.€99/mo
Presence — address plus your mail read, sorted, summarised, with deadline alerts.€129/mo

We only give our address to clients whose compliance we watch — that means accounting or dormant-care clients. This is on purpose: an address nobody is watching is how a missed letter turns into a lapsed permit.

Government fees, translations and other third-party costs are never included in these prices. They are billed to you at cost, with a written estimate before you start.

Good to know

Common questions

How long does the process take?

For most clients, company or entrepreneur registration takes about 5–7 working days, and the residence-permit process typically runs 4–8 weeks after filing. Timelines depend on your documents and the authorities, which we don't control.

Am I eligible?

Most non-EU nationals who register a Serbian business can apply for temporary residence on that basis. Your Roadmap call confirms whether your specific situation works before you commit to a package.

What documents do I need?

It varies by nationality and route, so you'll get a personal document list on your Roadmap call. Commonly: passport, proof of your business, address registration, health insurance, and official translations of your documents.

What is not included?

Third-party costs are always yours, at cost: government and residence-card fees, translations, notary, apostilles, insurance, and courier. We give you a written estimate of these before you start.

Do I have to be in Serbia?

Essential, Managed and White Glove take place with you in Serbia. If you need a visa to enter Serbia, book a Roadmap call first — we’ll confirm the right route for your situation before you commit to anything.

What happens after I pay?

We book your welcome call, send your personal document list, and start immediately on the timeline we agreed together.

Why not do it myself?

You can — but the order of steps, the deadlines, and the translations trip up most people. One coordinated team keeps the sequence on track, so a missed step doesn't cost you months instead of weeks.
