Included free for twelve months
These are included at no extra charge for twelve months from your purchase date. They are benefits, not paid services, and they end on that date unless you book a package before it:
- up to four 30-minute check-in calls with Andre, one every 90 days until you land;
- one free update of the File if your route changes (a second update is by separate agreement at a price we quote first);
- priority start scheduling: once your landing date is confirmed, your file is scheduled ahead of bookings taken after that date;
- the price lock and the credit below.
How it works
Four steps, with the dates attached
Checkout takes about two minutes. You'll see the full terms, the withdrawal form and the privacy notice before you pay, and you choose whether we start straight away. A confirmation email repeats all of it, including what you chose.
Jelena sends it in your client portal. It asks for the facts the File is built from: your legal name as it appears in your passport, your document position, your household, your income route, your target landing month. It never asks for passport numbers, ID numbers or bank details — if a field looks like it's asking for one, stop and message us.
Jelena builds it from your answers. Andre reviews and signs the route page and the money page before it goes anywhere. The File appears in your portal and your first check-in is booked.
Thirty minutes with Andre, up to four of them. Each one re-dates your timeline against what you've actually collected, confirms your landing month, and catches the documents that have quietly gone stale. Book them yourself from the link in your portal.
The five business days run from the day we receive your completed intake form, not from the day you pay — we can't build the File without your answers. If we are running longer than five days, the current delivery time is shown at the checkout before you pay.
We reply within one business day. If we miss that, your next check-in becomes 60 minutes instead of 30, at no charge. A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding Serbian public holidays.

Every document, and the date to start it
This is Section 2 of a sample File. For each document: where it comes from, whether it needs an apostille, whether it needs a sworn translation, how long it stays valid, and the date to request it. In this sample the client lands in April 2027 — and the police certificate has to be started by 2 December 2026.
The police certificate is two waits, not one
First the certificate itself. Then the apostille on it. Only then can it be translated in Serbia. Start it too late and you land without it. Start it too early and it can be judged too old by the time you file. The File gives you the date in between.
Why not just book the package later?
You can — and if you book within twelve months, the €495 comes off it in full. But a package starts when you're ready to land. Your documents have to start months before that. The File is how they start on the right dates.
Is it a generic PDF?
No. Every File is written from your intake answers, and Andre signs off the route page and the money page before it reaches you.

The money
What it costs, and what happens to the €495
- €495, one time.
- Prices are shown as final amounts in euros — there is no separate VAT or tax line to add.
- It comes off your package in full.
- The €495 is credited in full against any Business + Residency, Property or Concierge package booked within twelve months of your purchase date. "Booked" means your package deposit reaches us inside that period.
- One credit per client.
- It applies to the first package you book. Credits are not combined: if you also hold a €49 Roadmap credit, the larger single credit applies.
- Your prices are locked for twelve months.
- Every price on our published price list on your purchase date is locked for you for twelve months, for a package booked in that period. If any price on our list is lower on the day of your deposit, you pay the lower price.
- Government fees are not included and never were.
- Government fees, notary, translation, insurance and all other third-party costs are excluded from everything on this page. They are always estimates until the provider invoices them, and they are always paid at cost.
- If our estimate is late, your window moves.
- If we issue your package estimate fewer than 14 days before your lock or credit expires, both are extended to 14 days after the estimate date.
- You can change your mind before your File is delivered.
- Send us the withdrawal form within 14 days of buying and before your File is delivered. If we haven't started work, you get the full €495 back. If we have, we keep only the stage we've reached, calculated on the €495 price: intake reviewed and route work started — 30% (you get €346.50 back); draft File built — 70% (you get €148.50 back). Refunds are paid within 14 days.
- You choose when we start.
- At checkout there are two boxes: one asks us to start work straight away, the other confirms you understand that you lose the right to withdraw once the File is delivered. Tick both and we start now. Leave either one empty and we wait until your 14 days are up before we start.
- Once the File is delivered,
- the withdrawal right no longer applies and the price is not refundable on that ground. Your legal rights if the File is not what this page describes are not affected: tell us within 14 days of delivery what is missing or wrong and we correct it.
- After twelve months,
- the credit, the price lock and the check-in calls expire. You keep the File and everything in it.
