Renewals & PR upgrades
Renew on time, with the team that already holds your file.
Every Serbian residence permit has to be renewed, and eventually you can upgrade to permanent residence. If we set you up the first time, renewing is faster and cheaper — your documents, history and deadlines are already with us. Prices are final amounts in euros; government and third-party fees are always yours, at cost.
Additional family member renewing at the same time: €445 existing · €595 new.
Eligibility depends on your years of continuous residence — we confirm before you commit.
The lower existing-client rate reflects work we don't have to repeat: we already hold your file, know your history, and track your dates. Renewing a whole family together in one filing is the cheapest way to stay compliant.
Never miss a renewal window. Pair your renewals with a Presence virtual office — we read your mail and watch your deadlines, so a missed letter never turns into a lapsed permit.
Common questions
Why is the renewal cheaper if I'm already your client?
Because the groundwork is done. We already hold your file, know your residence history and track your deadlines, so a renewal is far less work than starting from a stranger's paperwork. New clients pay a little more the first time, then move to the existing-client rate for every renewal after that.
When can I upgrade to permanent residence?
Permanent residence generally follows several years of continuous temporary residence. Eligibility depends on your specific history, so we confirm whether you qualify before you commit to the upgrade — we don't control the authorities' decision, but we make sure the application is complete and filed correctly.
Can my whole family renew at once?
Yes — and it's the most economical way to stay compliant. One lead renewal plus additional members at €445 each (existing clients) keeps the household on the same clock and in a single coordinated filing, as in the example above.
