Common questions
Why do you publish prices when competitors don't?
Because you should be able to compare, plan, and budget without a sales call. Publishing every price is our standard — it is the difference between us and quote-only agencies.
What's never included in our fee?
Costs that go to someone else are always yours, at cost, never marked up by us: government fees, the residence-card fee, translations, notary, apostilles, insurance, and courier. You receive a written estimate of these outside costs before you start.
How does the €149 credit work?
Every paid consultation is credited in full toward any service you book within 90 days. Credits don't stack — if more than one credit applies, we use the largest single credit, and one credit is applied per client.
Why are there no VAT or tax lines?
Prices are shown as final, all-inclusive amounts in euros. The number you see is the number you pay us — there is nothing to add on top.
