- Today — €49 Relocation Roadmap: your route, documents, timeline and price in writing. Credited toward any package booked within 90 days.
- Before you land — €495 Pre-Departure File: dated timeline counted back from your landing month, your document list and money page. Credited in full against a package booked within 12 months of buying; every price on the list the day you buy it is held for 12 months.
- In 6 months — you land. Inside the 12-month File credit and price lock; the 90-day Roadmap credit has passed, so the €495 credit is the one that applies.
- From month 7 onward — white card, filing, biometrics, card. The decision date is set by the authorities; we quote averages from our cases, not commitments.

What if my passport needs a visa to enter Serbia?
We do not handle visa-required entry, except through the Company + Visa D package. The passport check on this page tells you straight away, and points you to the official Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs information instead of a form.
Can a foreigner own a company in Serbia?
Yes. Foreigners can fully own a Serbian d.o.o. without citizenship or prior residency. We handle registration, the registered address and the bank account appointment. Approval of the account stays with the bank.
How long does residency take?
The decision timeline is set by the immigration authorities and depends on your case and their workload. A complete, correctly prepared file moves fastest. We submit it, attend with you and track it to the decision.
Do you help with housing and schools?
Yes. We search rentals and purchases through licensed partner agencies, check contracts, and help with school placement in Belgrade, Novi Sad and other cities.
Do you work with clients before they arrive?
Most of our clients start three to twelve months before moving. Documents take time, so starting early is usually the cheapest option. The €495 Pre-Departure File builds your route, document list and dated timeline before you land.
