How long does shipping take?
It depends on the origin and the mode. Road freight within Europe can be days; sea freight from further afield is typically several weeks. We give you a realistic delivery window with your quote, and keep you updated as your shipment moves.
What about customs duties and VAT?
Import duties and VAT are assessed by Serbian customs based on what you ship and its declared value. We prepare the documentation and handle clearance, and we tell you what to expect before you commit. Personal effects for people establishing residence can qualify for customs relief in some cases — we check whether yours does. Any government charges are shown separately and passed through at cost.
Can you ship my car?
Yes — and it's handled entirely in-house. Our own specialist collects your vehicle whether it's in Serbia or abroad, brings it across the border, and manages the customs procedure, homologation, Serbian registration, and insurance from start to finish. You deal with one person for the whole thing — not a shipping company, a customs broker, and a registration agent separately.
