Your Pre-Departure File is bought. Here's what happens now.
Your receipt and a confirmation email are on their way to the address you used at checkout. The email repeats the terms, the withdrawal form, the privacy notice, the boxes you ticked and the landing month you gave us — keep it; it is the durable copy of everything you agreed to.
The next three steps
- 1 · Today — your confirmation email
It arrives within a few minutes and contains the full terms, the prescribed withdrawal form, the privacy notice, a record of which boxes you ticked, and your target landing month. If it hasn't arrived within the hour, check your spam folder, then message us.
- 2 · Within one business day — your intake form
Jelena invites you to your client portal and sends the intake form there. It asks for the facts your File is built from, and it never asks for passport numbers, ID numbers or bank details.
- 3 · Within five business days of your completed intake form — your File
Jelena builds it and Andre signs the route page and the money page before it goes to you. Your File appears in your portal under Files, and your first check-in is booked at the same time.
The five business days start when your completed intake form reaches us, not when you paid — the sooner you fill it in, the sooner your File lands. If you left either checkout box empty, we start after your 14-day withdrawal period ends.
Your right to withdraw, and when it ends
You have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from this contract for any reason, using the withdrawal form linked at checkout and reproduced in your confirmation email (Art. 29; the form is the one prescribed by the minister, Art. 29(8)).
At checkout you may tick two separate boxes: (a) asking us to start work on your File before the 14 days end, and (b) confirming that you understand you lose the right to withdraw once the File is delivered. Both boxes are on the same page and are submitted together, so they carry one submission timestamp. We do not start work until both are ticked (Art. 38(1)(1)).
If you withdraw after asking us to start but before the File is delivered, we keep an amount proportionate to the work done, calculated on the €495 price, and refund the rest within 14 days (Art. 36(6)–(7)). So that the amount is known in advance, the stages are: intake reviewed and route work started — 30%; draft File built — 70%; File delivered — 100%.
Once the File is delivered, the withdrawal right no longer applies and the price is not refundable on that ground. Your legal rights if the File is not delivered as described in §2 are not affected: tell us within 14 days of delivery what is missing or wrong and we correct it.
Booking your check-ins
Your first 30-minute check-in is booked for you when your File is delivered, so there is nothing to do today. After that, you book the rest yourself — up to four in total, one every 90 days until you land. Bookmark this link.

We reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Serbian public holidays) — and if we miss that, your next check-in is extended to 60 minutes at no charge.
